Hey guys
I've been charged my monthly renewal on the 16th of this month however under 'My Products' on the Chaos subscription page, there is nothing listed and consequently I have no available licenses. I've opened a ticket up about this but haven't heard back yet and have a few client projects to work on over this Easter weekend.
Is there any way to resolve this?

Hi,
My suggestion to you is to activate trial license and work on your project. After Holidays are over, someone from the support will pick your ticket and help to solve the issue.

Actually, some of our team members are available and they will either assist you directly, or will forward your ticket to another team.
I am sure we will fix this ASAP and in case it is something more complex, we are able to provide some temporary solutions like issuing free licenses until the root cause is fixed.

We can extend your temporary license if needed. Please allow us some more time to investigate. Licensing / payment issues are sometimes hard to understand. They involve contacting 3rd parties (e.g. the payment operator), require some additional work from the dev team, etc.

I'm facing the same problem.
I pay monthly the corona render, and now, when I click in "activation" show that I don't have any one.
