Title: Corona 7 hotfix 2 + Team render not working

Hello,
I'm just talking about team render... VFB rendering and rendering with Picture viewer works fine...

I have tree team render client (2 Mac on Mojave + 1 PC on WIN 10 pro) all with C4D team render R21 and Corona 7 hotfix 2. When I start a rendering it works fine and renders the image until it reaches the post-processing step and then it crashes with a bug report indicating a duplicate definition of plug-ins (qtiles pro and another one)... I have tried to remove those two plug-ins and render again but it crashes also with a bug report indicating nothing !!!

After a while of testing (several days in fact) it came out that the problem came from Corona 7 hotfix 2... I switched back to corona 6 hotfix 2 and it worked without any problem. I alway tested the same scene...
