Post by: the ando on 2022-03-24, 10:16:42
hi guys,
im rendering an animation sequence in the office network through backburner  and it seems to have an issue with one of the network computer that doesn't save the png image with alpha Chanel. is there any clue what can cause that ?
thanks

Hi,

If my memory serves me correctly, these settings are stored locally on each machine and aren't sent over the network. (It's a 3ds max thing). I think you might be able to solve it by loading some scene on the node in question and just changing the settings there.

Let me know if it works.

Rowan is right. The configuration is stored locally in the file "png.cfg" in the plugcfg directory. You could also just copy this file to the node in question and replace the old one.

Good Luck
