Title: Render selected as Element

Hi there, just asking, would it be possible to ad the render selected feature as a render element?  I'm constantly in the need of rendering a selection besides the beauty pass, the usual workflow would be to make a mask and Photoshop or re render the selection after the render.  But would be wonderful to make it in just one step.
