NAD7050 Hi. Newbie here :)... I just recently started working on some inhouse short spots for personal portfolio purposes. Ran upon corona blog a few weeks ago and thought of giving it a shot. I guess this must have been written all over the walls arround here but i simply must say once again... LOVE IT! fast, precise, easy to set up for studio lighting so far. TOP NOTCH! thanks Ondra. I totaly appreciate and admire your work.
PS: hope you lads find my submission appealing and am looking fwd to any sort of critics you might have to improve things. looking forward to seeing more and more dev on Corona and its community to blossom!

thank you
matoha

thank you. the model was not that of an overkill tho (also because i am planing to animate it with some gadgets like earphones and a speakerset) The whole thing took 2-3 evenings the render grade and blur were done in post not rendered :) here are some clay/wireshots.

Very nice renders! I think, from a photographer's point of view, that there the DOF effect is too heavy for the scale of the object.

yes that is a nice point i was wondering on that respect when i adjusted it but kinda liked the makro DOF look. now that the zblur was purely done in post without a render dof reference i blew it :) will try this later with render dof reference to see the difference. thank you

I think you should work on the overal white amount in your render. Its nice looking yet its all gray, its not as fresh as you would expect it to be from a product shot.
