Title: Corona - pricing and licensing policy
Post by: jenujacob on 2014-04-08, 11:32:25
Hi,
I know its kinda early for you to give an answer to this, but i want to get an idea on what the strategy would be with regards to pricing and licensing.
I really hope the licensing is not like what octane follows.. its a huge deal breaker for me since the workstations i work with are not connected to the internet - ever. I know its kinda lame, but thats the internal policy for really expensive machines here, so lets not get to that topic.

Easter Europe -> Eastern Europe

Sounds fair, I think you sound like an honest and reasonable company (unlike AD!)
I wish there could be a "hobbyist" license too that allows for personal, non commercial work.

thx typo fixed and your suggestion noted. Something like Personal Learning Edition. I can imagine something like that with some kind of limitation - resolution etc

I'm humble hobbyist only, so Corona PLE for me would be very sweet!
