Title: How do i balance between interactive render and viewport performance?

My rendering speed in interactive is so fast, but my work in the viewport is so slow? What can i perform to get a good balance between both and i be able to work smoothly without any slow?

Go to render setup>system>system settings and make sure that interactive rendering # of threads override is set to -1 or lower. If it's set at -1 and the performance is still poor, try to set it to -2, or -3 and see if that helps.
