Corona render 7 does not save to image in OpenEXP Image File .exr

Can you please:
1. Explain what exactly you are doing and what is happening? (how exactly are you saving your exr image - what are you clicking to trigger this error?)
2. Check if all your output paths are correct, the main 3ds Max output path and all render element paths. See: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000672469
