It looks like sketchup converted.
The tiling in the bricks is over 9000. May be adding some variation to the mat.
It seems that no mat has specular or gloss.

Hi

yes the tiling could be better. The client requested I would make use of a specific texture. But everything was on short notice..... I was planning to use Mighty Tiles in future projects, but then I discovered how much they charge annually, which is ridiculous high for a plugin. And I do not have, or would work with, any cracked Software.

About reflection: there is. But I used AE for the first time as Post Production tool, so maybe I fucked up some lower reflections.
