Do it in post, there are lots of tutorials out there on how to do this in photoshop or any other software.
Is there any specific look or technique you are looking for?

Not really I was thinking of making an animation , Ive got an other question was the best way to do a test animation for eample can you some house use IR to do it ?

You wouldn't be able to use IR to save a test animation, no (just to scrub through an animation and see it in IR).
