Hello People ,
I'm working in a VR scene in vray(360 pano), it's a exterior scene with one camera but animated lets say frame 0 is in drop-off, frame 1 camera is in pool area, frame 2 camera is in garden area etc. it has 34 frames total. The vray sun is link to the vray dome light with hdri and LOCK TO TEXTURE ICON so hdri orientation (sun in hdri) is following where the vray sun direction is because some cameras the vray sun direction is changing so it can give more pleasing cast of shadows that kind of thing.
So no worries and problem when it come to vray but our next VR project will be using corona renderer and I did some test if
we can replicate this workflow from vray dome with lock to texture icon because in corona it doesn't have a dome light that you can link your sun and hdri that will follow the orientation of the sun. My question is, Is there anywork around this in corona renderer? or do you need to do it manually , animate the hdri rotation in material editor and animate the rotation of the sun for the frames that you need to change the sun direction? I know it can be done but would be grateful if there is a way like the vray dome light lock to texture icon workflow in corona for a hustle free lighting.
Thanks
