What should I do? What do you advise? Error goes out when I insaline render

If I see correctly, you are using Cinema 4D R19. If I remember correctly, Big Sur is only supported for R23 (and higher).
Have you used Cinema 4D R19 with Big Sur before? (in some earlier release of Big Sur)
If so, what version of Corona are you using? Additionally, try to delete the Cinema 4D R19\plugins\corona folder and try to run Cinema 4D R19 again. If it still crashes on load, we can safely assume that Corona is not the culprit in this scenario.
Please, let me know how that works out.
Thanks,
Jan

I can confirm Corona v.6 Hotfix 1 crashes on C4D R23 on macOS 11.2.3. The 7.0 daily 2/17/21 does not crash. Would be great to get whatever Big Sur compatibility was fixed in v.7 rolled into v.6 stabile so that we can stay compatible with render farms until the v.7 RC comes out.

I do not have a license for version R23, I have a license for R19 and in MacOS Catalina together with Cinema 4D R19 + Corona renderer everything works fine. But on macOS 11.2.3 this bundle does not work, when I install the crown the renderer an error pops up, I don’t know what to do.

Not sure about R19, but the v7 daily build works in R21 and R23 on macOS 11. You might want to try that.
-
What version of the render do you mean, you can download only the 6 version, there is no 7th version.

What version 7 do you mean?

This is the latest daily build of v7. Not officially released yet, but usually pretty stable.

If you uninstall corona renderer, does Cinema 4D works on Big Sur and R19?
Other than that, as other users stated, Big Sur is not supported in V6 HF1. I would recommend installing a V7 daily build and trying again. You can find more info on those in the Daily Builds topic on the forums.
Thanks,
Jan

I remove the Corona render and then R19 starts up normally.

Thank you, everything is working, R19 and R21, R19 starts up and works normally, it renders normally, R21 generally renders in real time, as if there is GPU support.

That performance looks really good, can't wait to see when it gets native support.
What's you M1 config?

Hey Jan, since we will need an update to V6 for S24 compatibility, is it possible to port back the Big Sur compatibility updates in v7 to v6? I'd like to stay on par with render farms, but need to use Big Sur for access to other renderers. If not will it be Fall before we see a v7 stable release?

Hello,
we are working on a v6 hotfix 2 that we want to release soon. It should contain both S24 and Big Sur support. (We are in the testing stage)
Thanks for your patience,
Jan

Just for information, should anyone want to install older C4D versions on M1 mac mini's, this worked for me:
