Project of an international cultural center in Irkutsk. The multi-level underground-overground structure, consisting of a complex of world-class concert and theater halls, music clubs, exhibition spaces, art galleries and conference rooms, will make it possible to successfully hold major events. The main idea is to realize the value of modern spaces in the formation and development of both the Personality and the whole society. The creation of a quality environment, the necessary conditions and the integration of intellectual and creative forces are one of the key tasks that must be implemented.
