Title: Plugin shader problem

Hi
I created a big scene and a walk through with around 2'500 frames. I would like to render it with render farm. Unfortunately the render farm doesn't support the multi shader plug-in. How could I disable them again?

Toward the bottom, it says there is an option to save without shared materials.
