hello! when working on a scene with multiples alpha planes, the viewport don't use the transparencies, so it's rather complicated to do the set up.. is it a way to have the transparencies of the alpha directly in the viewport?

Hi Celmar, Do you have "Enhanced OpenGL preview..." enabled in your settings? This should be working depending on the version of C4D you have running. From a few small tests, it is working with R19, R20, & R21.

I don't want to hijack this thread, but is there a reason why this option is available in V6 but not in the recent daily?

It should most definitely be working with V7 as well. Keep in mind that there are issues with S22 & R23. If you are using either of those.

It's working (except for S22/R23) but in the current daily the option is still greyed out. Probably "under construction"?

Hello Mike,
The Maxon's API for this was removed in R23 completely, so it cannot be supported from our side in R23. Other versions of Cinema4D should be able (and I can see that at least S22 can) work with this feature.
We'll have to see if Maxon brings it back or improves it somewhere down the line.
Thanks,
Jan
