Title: The New CLoth Cache Tool

The Cloth Cache Tool has changed since I last used it and now I have no idea how to apply it to an object. It just brings up an interface but no where to tag an object to have it effected. Can someone help?

I mean, its pretty self explanatory but heres some screen shots. Im not sure how your suppose to indicate which object is getting the cloth cache tool when you cant add a tag to any objects. The tool has completely changed and the manual doesn't go over it well enough.
