the object disappeared in all color channel like ID wirecolor.

What are the objects that are missing - e.g. proxies, results of scatters, instances? (I presume you mean the foreground trees, btw)

yes, as you can see, the trees disappear in ID channel, it happens in many projects recently, I don't know what happened, my version is 5.2, max is 2014.

Do your foreground trees have different material than the background ones?

Can you please make sure that the material is not set as invisible to masks?

And are they proxies, instances, results of scatters, results of some plugin, etc.? :)
