Title: Shadow Cast from one object can be controlled ?

Hello,

Is it possible if A cast shadow only effect B and exclude C.

Can't you just select C and in object properties uncheck receive shadows?

That would disable receiving any shadows for that object, not only the shadow of that specific object. In this example scene, that would work, yes.
