Title: Render - Area Focus

Hello

Is it possible to add something like "Focus Render Power on the selected area" In real time?

Sometimes when my render is almost done I still have areas with noise, its not that big problem to save the image and rerender the area's. But I would be glad if there would be some options to set the focus at lets say Pass 120~ Focus on (here you select areas). I dont really know if that is possible but It seems to be that its quite convinient.

this is already in some older requests and I am planning to do it.
