So according to Road Map - Cinema 4D, are you releasing version 6 today?

No release today - there is always at least 1 Release Candidate before a final release, and we haven't had one yet :) Developers are too busy developing, so the road map will be taking a back seat while they focus on that. Things can change unexpectedly, and that's why the roadmap is a Tenative road map!
