Trying to create realistic nylon wire shader, but with no luck, see attached screenshots, maybe someone has any clue how to achieve believable results?

You need a two layer material
download a carbon fiber weave pattern online, set that to bump and aniso channel of layer 1
layer 2 is a clear coat

Could you please guide me and show me some screenshots please?

Here's a different approach, since I consider nylon cable protective layer made of plastic fibers alike... so it's simple shader (diffuse, anisotropic reflection, bump & SSS for the kicks).
Texture maps are from the Jin (an odd but great visionary ;) (https://gumroad.com/l/NnBjD/1u8qbk4) - To fit, edit, rotate, crop or do whatever suits you.
