Title: HDRI lighting, but different hdr background.
Post by: piotrek_ro on 2020-06-04, 23:37:52

Hey.

I have a problem with Corona + 3dsMax.

I added hdri to the scene. Lighting seems to be fine, unfortunately I don't like the hdri background. Is it possible to insert the hdri map separately and control its saturation and brightness independently.

Thank you in advance for your help

Yes, just goto render settings, Scene tab, Overrides and then use Direct visibility override.  If you want to control the intensity and saturation then plug the hdri into a color correct node and then drop that in instead.

Be careful with this setup though, it could result in impossible to remove fireflies
