Title: Animation Flicker problem
Post by: santyr10 on 2020-05-18, 11:12:54
Hi everyone,
I'm rendering a new animation with the following settings:

UHD Cache:
Animation (flicker-free)

Noise level limit: 2

Denoising Mode: Corona High quality.  Amount: .65

Most of my cameras come out alright and if they have some noise I can fix it in post production but some have this flickering effect which I do not know how to fix.
(video attached)
Any ideas?

Id really appreciate some help!
Thank you,

This looks like UHD cache flickering, I would try first to just change precision from 1 to 4 for this sequence and test render it again. Also check the origin in the scene: I had issues in the past with scenes off the origin just a few hundred meters (in a meter scene), don't know if this still applies and/or if I have been only to stupid to set it up correctly.

Finally, if it's "just" a flythrough, you can bake the cache and reuse it (may be a good idea regarding render times anyway).

Good Luck

Thank you so much for the quick response.
I will first try the precision setting and see if that works.
Thanks again,
