Corona portal corrupts CShading_Shadows?

We can try this, but portals are already removed from V6 dailies, so even if there is some issue here, it is possible that it will be ignored.

I had no idea portals were being deprecated (?) Thanks for pointing that out.
Can you comment on excessive noise in the shadows render element, I know that has been posted about before(?)

I can confirm the issue with CShading_Shadow and portals. I will now forward it to devs, however I am really not sure if anything will be done about it, since portals are now removed.

I am not sure if I understand this part of your message correctly.
We do have some reports of noise in the CShading_Shadow element, but no specific findings or planned improvements right now.

Perhaps it was an idiosyncratic issue, but basically the CShading_Shadows render element would not resolve noise properly. The beauty pass would resolve to 1-2% noise but the shadows pass would contain some untold amount of noise, probably 10-15%
