I've been trying to install corona 4 and 5 demo version but I'm having trouble installing it. Ive installed it several times but I can't see corona in my 3ds max. Does anyone here has encountered the same problem? I'm using 3d's max 2018 and I had tried the costumize> Plug-in manager but no luck. Sorry for my english

We received the same report from the same user over at support, so I am sharing my response here in case it's useful to other users. The issue isn't solved yet, though.

I can see multiple issues in your screenshots:
1) You have the 3ds Max virus. Please install one or both of the following tools and use them to remove the virus from this scenes, from all scenes on your computer, and from your computer in general:

2) It seems that you are missing some Windows OS components. Please make sure that:
- You have all Windows Updates installed (after the installation of all available Windows Updates, restart your computer, and then check for Windows Updates again - this may be needed multiple times)

3) Once all of the above is done, please install Corona Renderer manually: How to install Corona Renderer manually using the "unpack files" option?
