Hi)). I bought a Corona 5, trying to figure it out. In the test render, for some reason, the window openings turned black. Until the materials were assigned, they were white. Can I accidentally where what jackdaw wrung out, for an hour I suffer, I can not understand the reason. ) It seems to be not critical, you can easily fix it in photoshop. But it's unclear.
Sorry for my poor English, I use an electronic translator(

Is this when you save the render? If so, did you save to a format that supports alpha/transparency, and enabled that option? (e.g. PNG)? If so, disable that option on saving to file.

Windows are black both at the time of rendering and after saving.

Do you use enviromental overrides?
Maybe you have assigned rayswitch material to window glass?
Please make some screenshots of your window glass material, as well as render setup window. If you can share the scene, that would be fastest method to get help.

What kind of map are you using as your scene environment?
Maybe it would be easiest to just send the scene to us? :) The uploader is in my signature.

Friends, there is no glass in the Windows at all . There's just a plane with the CoronaPortal material . Thank you very much for your prompt responses. I uploaded the file to https://corona-renderer.com/, user mail@kompakta.ru

Unfortunately, I'm not sure if loading the file on https://corona-renderer.com/ was successful. You can download the file from this link: https://cloud.mail.ru/public/2rkt/k9DFzwA49
Thank you!

I found the reason. To do this, I reset the Corona settings. After resetting, the Windows turned white. Then I opened both files, the old settings and the settings after reset. And began to look for differences. Very soon I found the difference-see the screen. Apparently, while studying the settings, I accidentally changed the mode.)))) Thank You.

Go to Render settings > Scene > Render selected and change it to disabled, your current selection was on Object G-buffer ID.
You should be able to see the background element now. (we posted at the same time :)
