Title: [solved] license keep asking even activated

hi my admin
i buy a new license for my 2 workstation
something wrong happen every time i close my 3dsmax and open it again it keeping pop up the license box even i already activated it.. keep anoying me for this ., is there something wrong.,. even i restarted my pc and activate gain . save ... close then i open again it keep asking to activate again. what shall i do thank you for helping

Hi,

Following the steps Tom linked to is a good start. Just to be clear you are talking about the Corona licensing window or the 3ds Max licensing window?

Also when reporting issues, the Corona and 3ds Max versions are very useful for us.
