Title: HELP PHOENIX FD

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to produce fire and I spend  lot of time without any success to render, I saw the last corona video with testimonials and it look to work. Some videos but nothing very clear about it. Does it work or not, if yes, someone did it around here?

I'am using 3Dsmax 2020 and Pheonix FD V4...

Do you need help with creating fire in Phoenix FD? (setting up the simulation)
Or do you need help with setting up fire in Corona Renderer while having a ready-made fire simulation from Phoenix FD?

I'm good to make fire in pheonix, I just can't render.. Default settings, max crashes or parse for ever or just nothing..

Hi,

Yeah, we don't have compatability with Pheonix 4 yet. But it is coming... ;)

For the time being we suggest to use Phoenix 3 and to keep an eye on the daily builds page.

Hi,

This is fixed in the latest v6 DB (2020-03-16)

It can be found in the daily builds forum thread.
