Quite nice.

My only criticism/feedback would be as follows:
 - My eye went straight to the tree on the left side. The big, pale exposed trunk/bark kills the realism. It should be blended into the landscape a bit better (longer grass around the trunk?) and also into the background better so it stands out less (maybe vine or moss growing on the side?)
 - I think there is a bit too much texture on the water, it looks quite windy, but too uniform. The floating leaves are a nice touch, maybe have a few flying through the air too?
 - The roof could do with a bit of dirt/scratches or panelling or riveted, or slightly warped?

Otherwise, pretty good!

Agree with aaouviz.
Also: where does this light on the wall directly under the roof come from? Normally there it is the darkest area.

Well spotted. Fixing this, and having that darker would give a great deal more depth to the building.
