So the CoronaSky has an obivious direction where the light is coming from as if there was sun behind the horizon. I'm wondering, what exactly determines the rotation of CoronaSky and how do we alter the direction of hi-intensity spot on the Sky. Parent CoronaSun does not seem to control that. It's also pretty weird nobody has ever discussed this.

CoronaSun should control it, but only as long as it's active. Romullus mentioned interesting trick about this, you have to put Sun intensity value to 0, effectively disabling Sun contribution but not disabling it as controller for Sky.

Alright! Thanks a lot, now it's clear, case closed :)

Actually without the sun or with disabled sun (turned off, not to 0 intensity), the sky should be perfectly uniform in horizontal direction.

I understood it as request for pseudo overcast Sky with hint of direction. Just like people put Sun at Size 500 Supernova :- ).
The weirdest fix I did was apply gamma to boost horizon contribution.

I upvote this a lot.

There's no need to upvote it - this is how CoronaSky behaves. Do you get different results? Could you show some examples?
