Title: Mandelbulb test

Hi Guys,

My friend introduced me last week Corona so I downloaded alpha version and did some quick 10 mins test and left it for rendering for about 6 days. After I came from holidays I saw this:

Do you modeled it or is it from a math function ?

it is Corona geom - implemented by Keymaster :)

Nice! I'd like to have this on the frontpage, to replace my boring mandelbulb renders ;)

thanks guys. yeah the render time is funky just because I left it in 'progressive mode' rendering 'forever'.the gallerie's pics have quite promissing rendertimes about under hour/hdframe

yes, go ahead Keymaster - Mandelbulb is the second nicest 3d primitive after sphere ;) !
