Try to uncheck adaptive light solver (new light solver in earlier versions) and see if that helps. You can find it in render setup>performance tab.

Thanks Romullus for the replay.
its abit better.
but still when the corons sun deleted the resualt is much better

Your examples with sun and without sun, has completely identical exposure and white balance. Do you make any other adjustments to the scene when removing/adding sun object? On the other hand, rendering without the sun, shows sharp, well defined shadows - why do you need to add Corona sun in the first place?
-
yes there no different..
only with sun and without sun..
and i need another sun for dark facade area
-
anyone?

In your examples, you are showing the LightMix result with some lights disabled. What we see is most probably the result of different lights "sharing" sampling, so noise shows up when some of those lights are disabled. This is an expected limitation of LightMix. Is the same thing happening in the Beauty pass?

hey thanks for the answer.
its not the problem in the lightmix, i just shown there that even when the sun is in the scene and its off i still have this problem.

If it's possible send us the scene without any textures or heavy objects (aka trees etc), I am mostly interested on checking your plane geometry and the material setup of the ground. If the 3ds max file is lightweight upload here, or alternatively use https://corona-renderer.com/upload. It's going to be much easier to pinpoint the issue.

All your screenshots are showing the LightMix render element with multiple lights disabled.
Can you answer my question - is the same thing happening in the Beauty pass? (when you select Beauty from the list in the VFB)

So you're faking your lighting. Why not use an hdri that creates more diffuse lighting and then the corona sun for your hard shadows and lighting?
