Title: Not starting Corona 4 and 5 with 3D max 2018

After installing Corona 4 or 5 it's not starting and appear an errors (see attachments)
Corona 3 working good. What is the problem?
Windows 8.1
3d Max 2018

Hmm, but it's still worth to check if your windows has all updates installed.

Hi,

As romullus said, I'd first recommend making sure that your version of Windows is fully up to date and see if that helps.

OKб I'll check it out, but i guess it's up to date.

Other ideas:
- Uninstall Corona from Windows "Programs"
- Remove C:\Program Files\Corona
- Remove C:\Users\_username_\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer
- Search for any Corona leftovers in your 3ds Max installation folder (see for a list of files - https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/12000038849)
- Install Corona again

If the above does not work:

- Uninstall 3ds Max and Corona from Windows "Programs"
- Install 3ds Max again, install Corona again

The above hints are based on previous similar reports.

I did it like u wrote - OK i'll try to do it again

I guess i have to update from Win 8.1 to Win 10
