hi guys, I download this model and convert to corona, but there is the warning,

How can I fix this? I don't know which plugin I need to install

It won't be a plugin, it's a bitmap that is missing - either the model download has a separate download for textures (sometimes models online work that way), or the bitmaps are not included. Or perhaps just the paths are wrong - you can check the materials on the model, see if they are pointing to the wrong place (and check the folder where the model was extracted, see if it does in fact have the bitmaps), and then point them to the right place.

Also, could be that when wrapping up the scene to put online that the artist hasn't cleared out extra textures that aren't used (Max is very good at hanging on to materials that aren't actually applied to any object in the scene :) ) - so the question there I guess, is does it render like you see in the sample render on the download page?

TomG No on 3dd some people sending models with custom shader maps like siger shader, bercon etc, moderator should check this, but sometimes you can download model like this.

Ah ok! Hmm they should say on their download page which plugins are required :(

Moderator should check this and do not post model without their requirements but some models still have this problems, on their forum people have the same issues

Many times I come across issues with the color correct map by Cuneyt Ozdas missing. Seems many people use this versus the default MAX map.

I am not sure if it works if the plugin is not installed, but you can try this:
Open the scene with missing plugins > File > Summary info > Plug-in info > Show used only
Make sure that you have all the plugins which are listed there.
