Because there is unsupported materials in scene. Vray, i presume?

Sorry, but if you don't know how to apply materials on objects, you shouldn't touch advanced renders like corona, yet. You must learn basics of 3ds max first, by reading tutorials. I cannot help you here, i'm affraid.

Well Corona is a quite simple. Im a Mental Ray user and when comparing the two renderers, I am impressed on how simple it is. Anyhow, down to your question, as mentioned in here, your scene is currently unsupported by Corona, but not to worry. You can simply download this script

And when you run it, a window appears asking if its a MentalRay or a Vray scene, you choose one and it coverts the file. It's very simple and I was very happy with it. Here's a scene I converted from Mental Ray.
