Title: HDRI Rotation Option in Tone Map Menu

we all like to experiment lighting and we need shortcut of HDRI rotation and change HDRI in tone map menu. i think it ll be a very useful feature for every artist. time saving and we can do more experiment in real time. it will be good for people who using single monitor.
