Hi,
Which versions of Max and Corona are you using?
Could you also provide some steps for us to reproduce the crash?
My signiture contains a link to the information we ask for.
Thanks,
Rowan

Corana Renderer 3.2
It crashes both 2018 and 2020max.
We got 4 render box machines with same configuration. All of them renders ~1.78 GB / 33 Frame / 6-7 hours and then crashes suddenly and max splash error screen.
All other machines stops render and crash consecutively.
We have to start render every 6-7 hour again and again. Render file is ~5GB with 7000 frames.

Hi,
Would you be able to provide your scene? Could you also tell me if you are using DR or some render manager, and/or any thrid party plugins?
Thanks,
Rowan

Hi,
Unfortunately due to credit policy cant provide scene. But I tested scene different PC apart from 4 render boxes. It didn't crash after 43hours runtime and I stop it manually. Therefore I think scene is not the problem.
We dont use render manager, and/or any thrid party plugins.

Are you using Win 10? Do you have all updates installed? It seems like the newest update fixes some random issues for some users.

Finally I manage to catch error message from Corona before Max Crash.
How can i fix Ram Problem?
===== Warning(33) =====
System is running low on RAM. You may experience excessive parsing times and/or crashes. You will probably have to simplify the scene.
128,2 GB of virtualized* RAM used by Corona + 3ds Max
134 GB of virtualized* RAM used by all running applications
127,7 GB of physical RAM installed on system
146,7 GB of virtualized* RAM provided by OS
* virtualized RAM means physical RAM + swap file on HDD/SSD
Corona RAM usage breakdown:
783,5 MB used by render elements
17,5 GB used by geometry
192 MB used by textures (CoronaBitmap only)

There's a "Learn More" link in that error message which goes to https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000675854-system-is-running-low-on-ram-you-may-experience-excessive-parsing-times-and-or-crashes-you-will-pro
The most obvious answers are - add more RAM, or simplify the scene :) Other things that may make just enough difference, depending how far out of RAM you are, are given on that page.
