Title: A warning message pops up when aborting render

Sometimes a warning message appears when I hit the stop button in Corona VFB. Then, if I click "Yes" Max crashes.
I am using the latest build, but this happened with earlier builds, too.

I cannot reproduce it, but multiple people reported it. I did some changes that should help in theory, but testing will be needed to confirm that the problem is gone
