Ive looked in all the usual places but cant find a dr log anywhere.
Theres also no information on where to find them on the helpdesk.
-
The usual place would be %userprofile%\Appdata\Local\CoronaRenderer\DrData\DrLog.txt. Since you run it as system service, the %userprofile% part is "%windir%\system32\config\systemprofile"
So all in all you should find all DrServer related files there:
"%windir%\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\CoronaRenderer\DrData\"
Edit: Just noticed:

See "Troubleshooting" -> "2."
Good Luck

So maybe it's not the system user which runs the service but another? You could use basically every account to run a service. Have a look in task manager details in the row of DrServer.exe and column Username. Or look it up in ComputerManagement -> Services and Applications -> Services. Is it user "SYSTEM" or any other?
Good Luck

Its the administrator account and the administrator is logged in :/ It says Administrator in the services window.
