Title: Reddish Color in Render
Post by: Studioviz3D on 2019-02-16, 12:50:30
hi all,
The wood material that I used in the scene came up strangely in reddish color tone.
Any advise to fix it?

And what do you think abut the lighting guys?

thank you.

Check saturation in VFB. Did you use color correction node on texture?

Fireflies are from wrong setup light\materials ;)

If you haven't, use ies profiles, and that closet is scary

this material is standard corona wood oak material. i didnt use any color correction. I stopped before full render thats why there is fireflies all over.

do i need to apply color correction on standard corona material?

Are you using and LUTs or a high contrast in your frame buffer? Also generally speaking I usually reduce the saturation in my tonemapping for most of my renders.

They are more or less visible but if they exist this is something wrong

Sure you may reduce saturation for texture, but better find out what is cause this, you may share scene or part of scene with problem, so people can look at it

I am not 100% sure, but it looks like the image is rendered or saved with incorrect gamma. Please make sure you use correct gamma settings:
