It was fun playing with this project ( compositions, lightings, colors theory.. )

Fantastic results! Could you elaborate on what is composited vs. 3d (etc.)?

Sure, ^^
First of all, I use SketchUp to modeling objects in the scene...
Then I exported via 3Ds Max to rendering with Corona Renderer.
(When rendering with Corona, I use light with HDRI by Peter Guthrie)
