I just modeled 4 kind of dust (very tiny cylinders with some noise modifier) and scattered them on the surface ;)

Serious? Wow, wouldn't thought of that. I'll keep this in mind if I ever have to create a similar thing. Thanks.

It's pretty easy to achieve and to control and better looking than dust textures. My result is actually rough, with some more work it could get more interesting.
