Hi! Have some bug in Corona v3, whith corona light reflections.
Screenshots and max file attach.
-
This is known issue with light transport: https://coronarenderer.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/5000516180-known-bugs-and-limitations
-
Oh, sorry! TY!
-
No problem at all.
-
I'd like to add to this thread: This bug might be known, but it has gotten worse in version 3 compared to 2. This was not visible in one of my scenes before, and after the update it is. Why is that?

Best would be to post side by side comparison from v2 and v3 and a repro scene for the devs. I personally would like to see that, too, it bugs me that this one keeps coming up without a fix.

I'm a little too busy atm, but I will make sure to post a picture to show the difference.
Would they need the entire scene with archived textures? One with v3 and one with v2? And where would I send this?
-
No, it can be really a very simple scene with simple material setup, only something that shows the problem and displays the difference between v2 and v3.
Attaching the scene with the post here is good enough I guess.

Hi again, here is the before and after shot of the exact same scene.
If needed I'll make a small test scene as well.
-
We are definitely interested in checking this V3 vs V2 regression.
Please provide more images, or a max scene if possible.
Thanks in advance!

Here you go, I'm sorry for the delay - everybody wants images before christmas :)

If you turn off "Visible in reflections" on Point 012 you will see the problem appear

We've managed to reproduce this and the developers have been notified.
