Title: copy all non-network assets to folder?

Im looking for a script to copy all of the assets that arent at UNC paths, into a folder i specify.
It would be great at the end of a messy project to be able to collect all local assets up into one neat folder whilst maintaining links to the assets in our network share.
Any ideas?
