Title: SolidWorks/Sketchup Render Effect?

Does anyone know if there is a way to render an object to look like this? Essentially a flat-ish colour with a black outline only on the edge. Thank you! P.S. I'm using 3ds Max

If you need flat color why are you using corona? Scanline + ink shader can render this

Currently not possible without some heavy hacks. (falloff map?)
