Looks like a good start,

In my opinion - stick to a single HDRI map or play which a sun position.

The reason is that I don't think there are any direct sun light in you'r reference image which is important point if you want to stick to the lighting and mood.

Just finished  all main geometry, and start with lights.
HDRI + PORTAL from window, simple as that.

hi all
some renders from scene , a lot of time is dedicated for create good modeling and materials.
for the first time my white color mat in material editor, looks white on render, and no grey or some weird color..
this is huge thing for me, that colors is output to scene as I meant in mat editor.

hi all.
another progress.
things i need to do:
1. put some elements  in scale.
2. create more shadow from the light above kitchen island.
3. create less deference in dirt materiel on the cabinet.
4. white balance , more yellow.
5. more contrast on white color.
if you have more comment or suggestion it will  be appropriated.

I think you should seek to achieve whitepoint somewhere in the ceiling, where two different lights colliding (exterior and interior). So you should make it more blue than yellow, I suppose.

Besides that it's very promising work!

My only gripe is about the floor. I'm not sure if its geometry or bump mapped, but the gaps just seem to wide/deep. otherwise very good work! Cheers
