Title: Lock IR Window size

Honestly might be the thing that pisses me off most daily is when i go to drag the IR window and instead of moving, it resizes, often to fit my dual 2k monitors, locks up my pc and refuses to let me resize until its began rendering. Please oh pretty please can there be a button that locks the window size?

EDIT: Sorry i meant for this to be in feature requests, Please can a mod move it :)
