I've never seen that, that I can recall. What resolution are you working at, just in case that plays into things?

Thank you for your interest in my question. I think I found the reason, I reinstalled the English version of Windows 10, and the color picker returned to normal. The other two PCs with Chinese version of Windows 10 still have this problem.This problem will occur if I add a Chinese language pack and switch to the Chinese interface.
