Post by: sshanth on 2018-08-17, 18:55:10
Hi Corona Team

wanted to know when we will get Corona.cloud rendering services so that it will help all of us for rendering solutions, like vray cloud beta rendering service.

Thanks

I have never seen that project on the road map, so the question isnt "when", but rather if at all.

In the meantime there are plenty of cloud rendering services that use Corona already like GarageFarm.NET.

Is this years away or soon-ish? I just had to do a big job using Rebus, and it was not a good experience, would rather not go there again.

I would recommend GarageFar.net, I've been using them and I've had practically no issues.

Good to know. I checked around before I chose Rebus and Garagefarm was almost twice as expensive, which would have meant a lot of money in this project, but it might work in smaller projects. Then again, I guess corona cloud could be three times the price when it's up and running...
