Hi,
Solid diffused object with mask and when cutting out in photoshop... getting some transparent (marked). Any idea...?
Thanks.

It probably means your mask's color value is not true black (RGB:0,0,0) or true white (RGB:255,255,255). Make sure your mask is the proper bit depth and that the transparent and black areas are true black or white.

Right. Back was zero and white was 253 and 254....! mask layer overlay and merged, got 0 and 255. now cut out is fine. Thanks.
This object mask should not be in true B&W when render or every time have to fix in photoshop....?
Thanks.

If by true BW you mean an image in binary color (only true black or true white) then probably no (although you can try it).
However, to get clean and proper transparencies, you need to make sure those colors are absolute since, as you just saw, any deviation will mess with the transparency.
